Contract Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Manage, organize, and maintain contract documentation.
- Assist in the review and preparation of contracts.
- Monitor contract timelines and deadlines to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing minutes and taking agenda notes.
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Contract Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to review contractual documents to identify discrepancies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
