Contract Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain contract documentation.
  • Assist in the review and preparation of contracts.
  • Monitor contract timelines and deadlines to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing minutes and taking agenda notes.
  • Answering phone calls and managing correspondences.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Contract Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to review contractual documents to identify discrepancies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
