We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to become an integral part of our team You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Bi Weekly Payroll Hours Report from Timeclock

  • Enter vendor invoices in Quick books and schedule payments

  • Enter transactions from bank statement not previously recorded
  • Enter quarterly credit card purchases and apply payments to account
  • Maintain new employee paperwork and create new employee Folder
  • Order uniforms for all associates
  • Scan all vendor materials into vendor E files
  • Generate weekly sales, AR, install reports and graphs
  • Update vehicle insurance, licensing, and toll data for each company Vehicle
  • Collect Payments from Technicians and sales and apply to invoices In QuickBooks
  • Prepare weekly bank deposit
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Enter payroll into QuickBooks
  • Contact Client for payment of invoices
  • Prepare monthly sales tax report & submit to state online
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Assist with inbound deliveries and other Administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of verifiable QuickBooks experience
  • 3 years experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Understanding of financial statements
