Chicken Salad Chick is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including accounting, payroll, and team scheduling. If you have a strong background in accounting and are proficient in QuickBooks and Paycor, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting functions, including journal entries, P&Ls, and invoices
- Process payroll and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate team scheduling and new employee onboarding
- Maintain organized electronic documents and records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with QuickBooks and Paycor preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
