Role Description
This is an on-site role at our Hampton, NH location for an Office Support Assistant. The Office Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, servicing health insurance accounts, handling clerical tasks, and utilizing strong communication skills to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills
- Knowledge of office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and procedures is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional relevant certifications or training preferred
