ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answers incoming Customer, Service Engineer, Supplier and Sales calls and notifies staff members of important information.

· Digitizes Customer Orders, Production Records, and company documentation for centralized web storage.

· Takes and processes Customer product orders by phone and assists with Purchase Order processing as necessary.

· Creates Service Orders and Dispatches them to U.S. based Service personnel.

· Assists with Service Contract Creation and Management as necessary.

· Assists with maintaining current Sales and Marketing collateral and the coordination of Trade Show scheduling and activities.

· Schedules internal meetings based on staff and room availability. Coordinates catered food selection and delivery for key internal meetings.

· Responsible for the Purchasing and Maintenance of Office Supply and Break-Room inventory.

· Assists executives with duties on an as-needed basis.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

· Bachelor's Degree Preferred. High School Diploma or GED accepted if meeting experience qualifications.

· At least 2 years of experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role.

· Experience working with contact management platforms.

· Proficiency with the O365 Microsoft Office Suite.

· Highly proficient and professional in phone, email, and intranet communication to internal and external personnel.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask tasks from multiple administrators.
