Our Des Moines-based client is a leader in technology, providing solutions for highly regulated industries. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to hire a Market President who can join their team to lead, provide overall business strategy, and growth within the U.S. market. This leader will be visible in the industry, serving as a leader and subject matter expert. Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development growth efforts in the US
  • Align strategic vision with the CEO
  • Develop key initiatives to drive operational excellence across key teams
  • Oversee revenue-generating activities and operations, including marketing, technology, audit, and compliance consulting services, customer success, and business development
  • Provide leadership to 7 direct reports
  • Regular reporting of sales and sales metrics to the CEO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in operational leadership
  • Preferred experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Experience with Saas/Technology products in a B2B space
