Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs for the Founder
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls to the proper department, and provide basic company information
- Take memos, maintain files, and organize, photocopy, fax, and collate documents as needed
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed
- Plan, organize and implement events, such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Provide administrative support to the office, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Set up and maintain filing systems and databases
- Process and track invoices and payments
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
- Interact with developers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience scheduling appointments and updating calendars
