We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team You will provide high-level administrative support for the founder of the company. You will be part of a tech start-up company with lots of room to grow. The business is involved in real estate, finance, and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs for the Founder
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls to the proper department, and provide basic company information
  • Take memos, maintain files, and organize, photocopy, fax, and collate documents as needed
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed
  • Plan, organize and implement events, such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
  • Provide administrative support to the office, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Set up and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Process and track invoices and payments
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
  • Interact with developers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience scheduling appointments and updating calendars
