Description

Are you a problem solver with a passion for entertainment? Do you have a knack for fixing equipment and ensuring seamless performances? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Equipment Technician to join our team in the entertainment industry.

As an Equipment Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment equipment. The Equipment Technician performs routine maintenance on equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs, to ensure optimal performance. You will work closely with the Operations team to address technical issues and provide timely solutions.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and is comfortable adapting to changing demands in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, this includes strollers, wheelchairs, ECV’s, lockers, kiosks and other equipment that may be added to the product lines in the future
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure everything is in working order
  • Coordinate with external vendors when necessary for equipment repairs or replacements
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Mobility equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in equipment maintenance is a plus
  • Prior experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with programming and operating equipment software is a plus
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
