The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing their projects and achieving sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new sales opportunities and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new sales leads and convert them into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Manage and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Print and Packaging Industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
