The Print Production Specialist (PPS) is responsible for delivering knowledgeable and responsive assistance to clients seeking printing solutions. You will engage with customers both face-to-face and via telephone to collect information, identify their requirements, and suggest print products that align with their expectations. In this capacity, you will leverage your expertise in print products and production techniques to boost revenue by enhancing print orders through the introduction of supplementary products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient and effective service to customers, exceeding their expectations while promoting relevant products and services.
  • Possess a minimum of 6 months of customer service and sales experience within a print production setting.
  • Hold at least one year of experience or a 2-year degree in graphic design or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of knowledge and practical application of Adobe Creative Software and Microsoft Office.
  • Exhibit understanding and application of printing principles.
  • Showcase project management capabilities.
  • Have production experience with digital printing machinery.
  • Possess experience with bindery equipment.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail for proofing tasks.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be capable of lifting 50lbs regularly and standing for extended periods.
