About the Role

Insurance job opening in the the greater Atlanta area for an experienced Commercial Insurance Rater/Marketing Specialist with an independent agency that has experienced recent growth and is looking to add to a dynamic team of account service members in their Property and Casualty division.

Duties & Responsibilities

Producers and account managers rely on you to support the RFP process to include:

  • Set up new prospects in the agency management system
  • Complete applications, request loss runs, and experience modification sheets
  • Participate in underwriting discussions with carrier and wholesale broker contacts
  • Follow up on requests for information to complete the quoting process
  • Assist in preparing new proposals including coverage & pricing comparisons, service plans, and stewardship reports

Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience working with commercial lines property and casualty insurance
  • State insurance license required

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$45-70,000 + benefits package + fully remote work schedule
