Well-established 15-year-old residential renovation and painting company is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a diverse construction background. We are a company that focuses on employee development with lots of opportunities for personal and financial growth. Our primary market is HOAs and multi-family dwellings. Our ideal candidate will have a full understanding of managing and directly supervising the entire construction process from start to completion. We are looking for experience in developing scopes of work, running projects, managing budgets, sourcing subcontractors, inspecting work, reading blueprints, sourcing products, and developing and executing subcontractor agreements. The Project Manager will work closely with the client on selections, coordination, and inspection to ensure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction.

People skills, ability to run multiple jobs, superior time management, and experience with Word and Excel are necessary.

FULL-TIME POSITION: Monday - Friday; and some Saturdays

Duties and Requirements:

JOB DUTY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Manage multiple crews & projects
  • Communicate with clients & crews daily
  • Inspecting job sites and signing off upon completion
  • Customer service & problem resolution
  • Participate in weekly meetings
  • Daily communication with management
  • Review bids from sub contractors and negotiate contracts
  • Quality control & enforcement of company standards on all job sites
  • Complete daily reports
  • Source and order materials
  • Submit outsourced contractor payment request
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer literate
  • Be enthusiastic, polite, and eager to learn
  • Have a valid Driver's License
  • Have good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Pass a background check
