We are hiring a Production Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be the entire production process, which includes measuring, weighing and mixing, of raw materials. Production is not a full time responsibility, so someone in this role will have other duties which includes filtration, bottling, packaging and shipment of products. 

Responsibilities 

  • Hands-on, full-time
  • Partake in the entire production process from planning to measuring, weight and mixing of raw materials.
  • Filtration, bottling, packaging of materials to prepare for global shipping. 
  • Cross-train in other areas including logistics, quality control and new employee training. 
  • Learn to use standard warehouse lifting equipment to fulfill and ship orders as well as receive raw materials.
  • Inventory and order management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe-working environment by following established safety procedures.
  • Utilize best known methods for documentation, inventory control and related management. 
  • Other related tasks as assigned including relatively flexible start and end time depending on worker preferences and requirements for our just-in-time business dynamic.

The Ideal Candidate: 

Previous production experience is not a requirement for this role. We are looking for someone who embodies the mentality of giving their best, able to think ahead, solve problems, contribute to improvements, and seek out opportunities to learn and contribute to the team. This role would be great for a burnt-out health care provider, restaurant manager or construction worker that is seeking a career change. We are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond to help build the company while building their career with us.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted with regular frequency
  • Clean background check

  • Ability to work with basic software (Microsoft word, excel, Google docs)
  • Excellent mechanical skills
