Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a new TPO membrane roof system to complement existing commercial roof system offerings.
  • Identify and define customer targets for the new system.
  • Lead the development of advertising and promotional activities.
  • Create training tools and train sales organization.
  • Provide forecasting and market analysis, recommending marketing strategies.
  • Execute efforts to develop new products in this category.
  • Maintain and develop promotional product marketing literature.
  • Ensure system compliance with code requirements and certifications.
  • Post-launch evaluations and strategies to evolve the full TPO roof system package.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of market developments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proven work experience in product management.
  • Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product launch.
  • Ability to communicate recommendations to executive management and cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Three to five years of experience in product leadership, marketing, and long-range planning required.
  • Construction or roofing industry experience.
