IN PERSON POSITION - STATEN ISLAND
• RECRUITER (Part Time)
Starting Pay: $35/hourly
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the Account Managers and Business Services Manager for recruitment and souring planning.
· Coordinate daily job seeker traffic and data collect sourcing success rates.
· Assist with various administrative and data entry tasks using our internal job seeker database and Excel Spreadsheets and Excel spreadsheets.
· Conduct customers / job-seekers re-engagement through advertising, email blasts, and database pipelines.
· Provide daily updated to Business Service Manager.
· Creating and editing flyers and advertisements for recruitment events and off-sites.
· Source resumes and viable candidates for business services team through advertisements and customer database.
· Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
· HS Diploma, Associates, or higher preferred.
· 1-2 years’ experience in administrative role or recruitment assistant.
· Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
