5. **Office Management**: Ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
6. **Assisting with Property Transactions**: Coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings; ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed properly.
7. **Financial Tasks**: Assisting with invoicing, budgeting, and financial record-keeping.
8. **Marketing Support**: Helping with marketing efforts, such as preparing promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating open houses.
