A busy dermatology and cosmetic practice in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle, is currently seeking a Client Coordinator. The practice will be a fast paced, customer service oriented medical practice and the right candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, compassion and attention to detail. Punctuality and dependability are a must.

We offer treatment for a wide variety of skin conditions and cosmetic concerns using state of the art technology. We specialize in non-invasive cosmetic rejuvenation of the face and body with the goal of beautiful, natural looking results.

Primary Job Duties:

· Answering phones, scheduling appointments, providing detailed and accurate messages

· Collecting patient demographic and insurance information

· Greeting patients, checking the in/out

· Collecting co-pays and fees for services

Desired qualities of a candidate:

· 2 or more years of experience in a medical office (negotiable)

· Familiar with HIPAA

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Passionate about providing patients with the highest quality customer service

· Ability to adapt easily to change

· Detail oriented, self motivated, team player
