Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory. 
  • Promote Safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines. 
  • Communicate effectively with Drivers and Helpers regarding taking and receiving payments. 
  • Communicate effectively with crews regarding daily duties and functions.
