Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the dispatch of construction crews, equipment, and materials to various job sites.
  • Schedule and prioritize daily assignments for field personnel based on project needs and deadlines.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with field teams, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor job site progress and adjust dispatch schedules as necessary to meet project timelines.
  • Track and document the movement of equipment and materials to ensure accurate records.
  • Assist in resolving any issues that may arise on job sites, including delays, equipment malfunctions, or logistical challenges.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding dispatch operations and any potential issues.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed to assist the construction team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dispatcher, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams.
  • Proficiency in dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction logistics and job site operations is a plus.
