COMPANY OVERVIEW

With operations in eight US states and Canada, Parts Midwest, Inc. (PMI), a division of St. Cloud Industrial Products, Inc. (SCIPI) a 100% employee-owned company, exists to assist OEM new vehicle dealerships earn their customers’ OEM vehicle accessories dollars through all available dealership channels.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for growing production & dealer channel Ford OEM Accessories in Ford - Lincoln dealers throughout a defined territory. The primary focus of the TSM will be to strategize, develop, and grow the dealership accessory sales processes. This position will be open until filled with an initial candidate review of July 17th.

Wage range: $65-$85K annually


Essential Functions

Sales, Marketing & Implementation

  • Work with dealers throughout a specific geographic territory to develop & grow dealer accessory programs. Responsibilities include:
    • Developing, presenting & implementing dealer profit opportunities
    • Working with dealership sales departments to ensure sales representatives are trained on key features and how to present benefits of the Ford Accessory product line
    • Providing dealership sales support
    • Working with dealership service departments to ensure technicians receive appropriate Ford Accessory installation training
    • Working with dealership management to develop Ford Accessory processes that are effective and appropriate, covering all Ford Accessory product streams
    • Presenting key dealer efficiency & tracking metrics
    • Ford Accessories OEM program implementation
    • Ford Accessories claim resolution assistance
  • Regular travel may be required, ranging from overnight to several days per trip
  • Provide ongoing dealership, Ford - Lincoln Zone & partner distributor training and communication of new Ford products and programs

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years outside Territory Sales Management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record


Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years promoting either OE or aftermarket accessories to new vehicle dealers
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Ford vehicle ordering processes
  • Prior experience developing, implementing & managing marketing and sales programs


Working Conditions/ Physical Demands:

  • Requires ability to spend long periods of time travelling in an automobile.
