We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant To VP to join our team You will provide high-level administrative support for the Executive Vice President at our company.

We seek a high-level executive assistant with phenomenal writing and proofreading skills. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate and learn new CRMs while maintaining the office of the Vice President. You have a proficient to advanced skill set in Word, Excel, and Teams and are a natural at processing data. We want to meet you. Please send me a cover letter so we can get to know each other

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of the Executive
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Receive visitors
  • A passion for technology, including the ability to teach others.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs (ex. Salesforce, UKG, Intacct, etc.).
  • Ability to manage and direct workflow.
  • A drive to achieve and learn.
  • Critical thinking, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong writing and editing skills.
  • A passion for technology, including the ability to teach others.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs (ex. Salesforce, UKG, Intacct, etc.).
  • Ability to manage and direct workflow.
  • A drive to achieve and learn.
  • Critical thinking, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Consistent work history
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role.
