Join us and be part of a vibrant, entrepreneurial organization that makes a meaningful impact on the lives of Idahoans.In this role, you will:Manage and maintain control of all regular, interim, and special tenant re-examinations for assigned caseload Perform application interviews for formal applications, verify applicants, prepare file, and conduct briefings Prepare leases/contractsNegotiate proper rentsReview and verify household income and composition to determine program benefits eligibilityReview recertification form, complete verification package, and perform rent calculations Assist in the daily administration of the Section 8 Programs as directed by supervisor Prepare and maintain file documentation and status reports in compliance with HUD regulations and the Association's administrative plan Requirements High school diploma or GED requiredKnowledge of the regulations governing the Section 8 program is preferred and general administration practice is requiredComputer literacy is requiredExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and present to a variety of individuals or group is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Ability to work independently to schedule, organize, plan, prioritize, and complete job related activitiesAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals
