They are looking to hire an Office Administrator to provide support to the Operations Department. Key job duties include processing invoices, assisting with marketing events ad projects, and budget tracking. Responsibilities:

 

  • Budget tracking & accruals.
  • Invoice processing and tracking against expected spend.
  • CLO support with Ariba (so some knowledge of Ariba would be helpful, if possible).
  • General marketing ops support, like tracking and managing marketing collateral and inventory.
  • Helping marketing ops coordinate support for trade shows and events.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience 

  • Ariba is a plus
