Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Manhattan Cabinetry Creations LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our factory location, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain and process invoices, deposits, and money logs, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other software applications as required.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
