Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential as sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and senior sales representatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including managed services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
