Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Specialist to join our team at Evolutions Treatment Center. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the collection of insurance claims, overturn claim denials, and ensure timely reimbursement for our services. The Collection Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with insurance providers to resolve outstanding issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely payment
  • Investigate and overturn claim denials by providing necessary documentation and appeals
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and collections activities
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams regarding billing and collection issues
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations and billing procedures
