Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve denial trends to improve revenue cycle efficiency
  • Process and resubmit claims as needed to ensure timely payment
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim payment issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed chart notes in our system
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the revenue cycle team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing and collections
  • ECW experience preferred
  • Pathology billing experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, internet, and Electronic Health Records
