Job Summary:

The Customer Delivery Project Coordinator supports project tracking, deliverables, and deadlines, providing timely reports on variances. Key responsibilities include assisting the Project Management team with budgets, collections, invoicing, tracking, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project staff
  • Coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain tracking systems for project accuracy
  • Inform management on project progress and issues
  • Handle invoicing and purchase orders
  • Create and distribute correspondence
  • Manage material requisitions and purchase orders
  • Provide end-to-end project support
  • Maintain accurate project files
  • Ensure team commitment to schedules
  • Perform various administrative duties
  • Monitor project progress using corporate systems, including MagentaBuilt

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of project coordination/administrative experience, preferably in wireless telecom or utility industries
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with databases
  • Familiarity with MagentaBuilt for project tracking
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
