Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contractors' work to ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.
  • Coordinate and supervise inspection staff on small to mid-size projects, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
  • Ensure construction activities align with design plans, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to maintain project records and regulatory documentation.

  • $60.00 per hour salary.
