Recruiting Sourcer
Outsource is looking for an energetic team member who is driven, self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Utilize our internal database and various job boards to identify potential candidates
- Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs
- Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies
- Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates
- Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college (open to all majors)
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment including Microsoft Office and internet browsing
- Interest in Recruiting and/ or Sales and Account Management
The Perks
- $24.05/hr base pay plus bonuses (paid weekly)
