- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential class action cases and develop persuasive arguments to support our clients' claims.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their cases and providing regular updates on the status of their claims.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in class action law and regulations, ensuring that our firm remains at the forefront of this complex and rapidly evolving area of law.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in class action litigation, with a strong track record of success in this area.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential class action cases.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities, with the ability to develop persuasive arguments and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Licensed to practice law in California, with a strong understanding of California class action law and regulations.
