Management company seeks property manager for government supervised Mitchell-Lama development (approximately 250 units). Ability to supervise maintenance staff is required. Experience managing construction projects is also necessary. Familiarity with the Mitchell-Lama program regulations governing this type of housing is a plus.
Responsible for Overall Management of the Development, Including but not Limited to:
- supervising maintenance and administrative staff;
- managing accounts receivable;
- administering landlord tenant issues and accounts payable processing;
- monitoring and oversight of capital improvement projects and contractors;
- overseeing restoration of vacant units;
- applicant screening and maintaining applicant waiting list;
- completing status reports;
- resolving resident complaints and issues; and
- attending meetings as needed (including night meetings).
