What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze project requirements from inception to closeout and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage contracts and provide support in acquisition planning.
  • Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bids (IFB) guidance and conduct market research/analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Contracting Officer (CO) during the source selection process.
  • Draft contract negotiation memoranda and contract modifications for CO.
  • Document evaluation of performance, contract termination, and contract closeout.
  • Create and maintain contract file folders, review proposals for compliance, and handle contract modifications.

About You

  • Possess extensive working knowledge of FAR and DFAR and agency supplements.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and effective communication skills.
  • Showcase the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to resolve multifaceted or critical time-sensitive issues.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
