Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage contracts, amendments, and Statements of Work (SOWs) to accelerate business growth.
• Support the migration to and implementation of new vendor contract database software, utilizing data from existing company databases.
• Perform data entry and validation of records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and professional support.
• Research and troubleshoot problems to ensure seamless contract management.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate vendor invoices.
• Develop reports to track payments, contract renewals, and other obligations.
• Research and gather background information related to vendor contract issues.
• Draft, revise, and edit contractual documents to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Monitor contract renewals and key milestones to ensure timely action.
• Identify and coordinate resolutions for contractual issues with the internal negotiation team.
• Review and understand business requirements, legal provisions, and corporate policies to ensure compliance.
• Provide consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to senior management.
Mandatory Skills:
Contract management experience (3+ years)
SAP and/or extensive contract database experience REQUIRED (2+ years)
Excellent written and oral communication
Data entry, analysis, and auditing/validation
Experience in problem-solving and root cause analysis
Strong organization and documentation skills
PC and Windows software experience
