Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at ACL Digital. As a key member of our Vendor Outsourcing department, you will play a critical role in supporting our global clinical trials and other ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the pre-clinical / research, clinical sourcing, and contract negotiation process
  • Support clinical operations, specialty laboratory, and functional services including sourcing and contract negotiation
  • Review contracts quickly and negotiate business terms and support negotiation of legal terms
  • Manage the change order process and ensure proper closeout of agreements
  • Assist in resolving moderately complex issues relating to contract negotiation or management
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with contracting framework and general legal terms
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and complete tasks and projects efficiently
