Backed by prominent Austin based VC’s, we've been in the game for three years and are looking for a stellar marketing pro to establish our marketing department.

Who You Are:

You have a proven track record of managing B2B marketing operations within preferably SaaS based businesses. If you thrive in the electrifying world of marketing, are comfortable with being hands-on, and are truly results-driven, then saddle up and join our pack.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy Architect: Collaborate with the executive team to develop our B2B Marketing Strategy, infusing it with your expertise and creativity. We started it, but it’s time for a pro to come in to iterate and make their mark.

  • Campaign Conductor: Build and execute targeted marketing campaigns that speak directly to our prospective customers, driving crucial lead generation to the sales team. We have a really good idea who they are, we need you to engage them.

  • Demand-Gen Dynamo: Kickstart our marketing efforts with a focus on demand-gen strategies and captivating our ICPs. Growth marketing is all over your DNA.

  • Execution Extraordinaire: Manage the execution of marketing programs, collaborating with the sales, marketing, and operations teams. Optimize conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.

  • Metrics Maven: Take pride in tracking the success of your work through regular KPI, metrics, and campaign reporting. Know what’s working and what needs tweaking.

  • Startup Spirit: Adapt quickly to challenges with agility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset every step of the way.

  • Content Craftsman: Own the Content Strategy and Thought Leadership initiatives. Produce content for various channels you gauge as most effective, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars and social media.

  • Culture Catalyst: Help develop and refine our startup culture and brand identity.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Verbal Virtuoso: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all departments within a company. Be a source of clarity and cohesion.

  • Data-Driven: Crazy proficiency in marketing analytics and tools. You’re someone who can crunch numbers and extract actionable insights.

  • Fast-Paced Phenom: Dynamic environments are nothing new to you. Previous experience in an early-to-mid stage tech company would be great, but not required. If you have done 0 to 1 in corporate, that is also amazing.

  • Experienced Pro: 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing roles. We're looking for someone who knows their stuff and is looking for a challenge. You will be building the marketing dept from the ground floor. No Corporate attitudes or red-tape here.

  • The Cherry On Top: You have a staffing industry background, but it's not a deal-breaker.
