Job Title: Maintenance Manager

CSP is partnering with a national and rapidly growing manufacturer of consumer and industrial products sold to other manufacturers and to pet, agricultural and home heating markets. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Circleville, OH facility. We manufacture at 11 locations spanning the nation, have 400+ employees, and generate over $100M in annual sales revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems, chain and belt driven augers and conveyors
  • Electrical components and wiring of various complexity
  • Vacuum pumps, blowers, fans, baghouses and airlocks, yard truck and trailers
  • Mobile equipment including fork trucks, skid steers, and scissor lifts - work order management
  • Prioritizing and distributing work orders (WO) for completion between self and technicians
  • Work with system admin to update or add assets as changes to the processes occur, i.e. new equipment added, replaced, or modified
  • Work with Engineering to ensure process flow charts are up-to-date and accurate
  • Know and understand safety systems and maintain their integrity (Sprinklers, AFEX systems)
  • Motor Control Centers
  • Annual scale calibration and certifications, hoist, fire pump test, sprinkler line test
  • DOT Inspections – coordinate with dispatcher and plant manager
  • Lock-out Tag-out system audit
  • Responsible for safety, cleanliness, and organization of maintenance department
  • Promotes safety and safe working habits on a daily basis
  • Conducts tests and reports items regarding insurance qualifications to meet safety regulations and standards
  • Establishes personal goals and works with fellow employees towards continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Interview, hire and coordinates staffing and labor requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required, some college or advanced industry education preferred
  • 10 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing)
  • 5 years supervisory experience and/or 3 years Lead Tech experience
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Expected to lift, push, pull, and carry weights in excess of 60 lbs.
  • Position requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, kneel and squat for extended periods
  • Must have the ability to climb ladders, stairs as well as being comfortable working at various heights including the tallest structures in the facility, approximately 150’ high on a frequent basis
