The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a process manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Oversee the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and systems.Manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.Implement effective maintenance programs, focusing on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.Monitor spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment inventory, initiating reordering as necessary.Qualifications:Associate's degree from a college or University in a related technical field or certificate/diploma from a trade school in a related field.Minimum of 4 years experience in maintenance management, preferably in a process manufacturing facility.Experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment.Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and systems. This includes managing the maintenance team, implementing effective maintenance programs, and ensuring maximum production quantity and quality. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and knowledge of OSHA regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
