We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our team at Therapy Practice Accelerator (TPA).

As an Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for therapists exploring TPA. You'll review and grade applications, assist prospects with their questions, support sales and marketing with tracking and data management, and conduct quick discovery calls to assess if prospects might be a good fit for our program. You'll also work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, managing calendar appointments and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Review applications and assist prospects with general inquiries about TPA

  • Communicate with prospects to confirm their booked consults with our Sales team

  • Manage calendar appointments for our Sales team

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify challenges and opportunities

  • Conduct discovery calls to evaluate fit for our program

  • Follow up with prospects to schedule/reschedule meetings

  • Help our founder/CEO with assorted tasks and projects in support of our sales team

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Available to work in-person in the Franklin, TN area

  • Native English – spoken and written

  • Strong work ethic

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Interested in a career in sales, marketing, and/or online business

  • Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn

  • Has a propensity to show up on time, all the time

  • Always returns their shopping cart to the cart corral

Compensation:

  • $15/hr. to start

  • At least 40 hours per week

  • When we start having you conduct discovery calls and placing qualified fits onto our sales calendars, $250 commission per closed set (on top of your hourly base)

You look around the world today, and it’s blindingly obvious that MOST of the adult population could use a little therapy.

Some could use A LOT.

But between…

  • The lack of skills in this area among clinicians

  • The 800 lb gorillas that are the “health” insurance companies who give mental wellness short shrift

  • The chop shop lead gen services that operate in this space and take the lion’s share of the fees (while paying Master’s and Ph.D. level practitioners a pittance)

  • And the lineup-style platforms that make every practitioner look and sound like everyone else in the space…

It’s a MASSIVE challenge for those who need mental health services to find the RIGHT clinician for their specific needs.

We are fixing those problems, one clinician at a time.

We call what we offer a mini-MBA for therapists that they can complete in as little as 6 months, provided they do the work.

We’ve already helped over 2,400 clinicians fill their caseloads with ideal clients over the last 8 years.

Many, if not most, of these clinicians have fewer than 5 clients when they come to us for help. Or they’re running the insurance treadmill seeing 25+ clients per week but at low reimbursement rates that inevitably result in becoming a burned-out therapist. And that’s the worst kind of therapist possible.

By the time our therapist clients have completed our program, they have grown their caseload to 20-25 clients, at higher rates than ever before, working with self-pay clients who are IDEAL fits for them.

We’ve already been here 8 years – and in the next 8, we intend to remain THE leading company in our space, and increase that lead as we go. We’ll get there by staying great at our core area of genius while adding new capabilities and ways of serving our market through the many changes to come.
