We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Lifecycle Team. This position requires and individual with strong attention detail, expert communication skills, and outstanding organizational skills. Experience in Sanitary Process highly preferred; process engineers with project management experience encouraged to apply.

Job Purpose or Summary:
The LCS Project Manager is responsible for the development and execution of agile multidisciplinary projects within the Food & Beverage Process Industry. They will work closely with customers at the onset to understand their needs, define a project scope, and develop cost estimates & proposals. This is a self-driven position where both individual planning and action will be required to progress the project - while also nimbly leveraging the many resources within Krones Process Group North America. They will need to possess a broad knowledge and skill across project management, engineering fundamentals, and mechanical & electrical installation; all while growing and maintaining customer relationships.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Cost Estimates & Proposals for such items as, but not limited to:

Materials
Installation Labor
Equipment & Components
Engineering Services
Subcontracts

Conduct procurements requests for materials, equipment & components, and subcontracts
Plan, schedule, and lead all related project activities.
Schedule numerous parallel and diverse projects; coordinating all resources and procurements for timely execution meeting customer timeline.
Control project budgets and scopes enacting change control.
Maintain customer engagement; building trust with open & precise communication to satisfy project acceptance and compel continued lifecycle orders with handoff to distribution sales.

Organize and maintain all project files required such items as, but not limited to:

Proposals & Cost Summaries
Project Schedules
Vendor & Subcontractor Quotations & Orders
Field Service Reports
Customer Project Closeout Acceptance Records

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associate or bachelors degree in business management or related field preferred.
Experience/Training:

5+ years experience working in the food and beverage industry or comparable field.
Professional Skills
Proficiency with PC and Windows Operating system, Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in scheduling & budgeting.
Experience with AutoCAD P&ID and/or Layout Development.
Soft Skills
General social skills, capacity for teamwork, problem-solving competence, general project management, time- and self-management, coordination and organizational skills, and communication skills.
Physical / Working Demands
Generally good working conditions in an office with travel to manufacturing plants. Moderate physical effort including frequent standing/walking and occasional exposure to high noise levels is required. During the summer months, exposure to heat and humidity may occur.

Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling

of objects weighing 30-50 pounds (10%). Manual dexterity and typing are required (75%). Stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching are required (15%). Noise levels in work areas may fluctuate from 82 to 110 decibels.
Equipment used includes, computers calculators, measuring devices.
Ability to understand both spoken and written directions and good vision required.
Personal protective equipment required includes protective-toed safety shoes and safety glasses with side shields (when in shop or on site).
Appropriate OSHA safety training is required.
Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety and environmental

policies/procedures.
