About the Role:
We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on managing customer service, assisting with social media and marketing efforts, and providing administrative support to our growing brand. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is excited about helping a startup succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage customer service inquiries via email, phone, and text, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Assist with the execution of social media content and campaigns, working closely with our marketing team to enhance engagement across platforms.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain customer data, respond to order inquiries, and assist in tracking shipments.
  • Perform other general administrative duties to support daily business operations & CEO
