RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for an empathetic, organized, and dedicated individual to join our growing care management team. A successful candidate will be able work with the individuals on their caseload to develop goals and progress through those goals to aid in overcoming life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented.

RISE offers a Care Manager:

  • A starting rate of $22.23 per hour with a 36 hour workweek
  • $1500 bonus after 6 months of employment
  • A generous time off package: In your 1st year, earn up to 2 weeks of vacation time, 3 weeks of combined sick and personal time, enjoy up to 11 holidays, and a day off for your birthday

Overview of Job Responsibilities:

To qualify you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field
  • Two years of experience in a related human services field
  • An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal boundaries
  • Our shared belief system in areas such as compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion
