Our client in Cherry Hill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team

Temp To Hire

$27.50-$30.50/hr

The successful candidate must have extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop
    • Processing and tracking weekly/monthly invoices accurately
    • Processing bills and payments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Maintain and update project tracking reports
    • Maintain and update project invoicing reports
  • Data entry into client timekeeping software.


Requirements:

Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is a plus but not mandatory

Must be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel

Experienced with other Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook and Word

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required

Salary Range:

$27.50 to $31.50 per hour based upon experience
