Position Overview:

A well-established and fast-growing company in the Law Enforcement sales industry is looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a strong knowledge of NetSuite and a general understanding of accounting principles. This role will start as an onsite position that will transition into a hybrid position (3 days in office) after being fully trained.


Major Responsibilities:

  • NetSuite accounting functions.
  • Accounts payable (Roughly 15 Vendors)
  • Accounts Receivable (Create invoices, and Manage AR)
  • Communicating with customers & vendors
  • Reconciliations
  • Federal Excise Tax management ( no experience needed here)
  • Creating monthly P&Ls
  • Communicate on TEAMS as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • General Knowledge of accounting and best practices.
  • 2 years minimum on NetSuite accounting.
  • Experience with invoicing and AR Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to frequently monitor emails with quick responses.
  • Must provide strong business reference from previous employer.
