We are seeking a highly skilled and business minded Administrator/Bookkeeper and Client liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, performing bookkeeping tasks, providing administrative support to all departments, and acting as liaison between our Company and clients for healthcare billing matters. The ideal Client will have experience with quick books, be proficient in computers, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and understand long-term care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts receivable and payable
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
- prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Provide administrative support to all Departments
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and be proactive in finding solutions
- Act as an liaison between our company and Clients for Healthcare billing and be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal team.
Requirements:
ADP proficiency
2+ years of experience in Bookkeeping
Proficiency in quick books
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Experience in healthcare billing particularly long-term care billing, is required.
