Lighting Showroom Associate

Do you have the knack for design and want to apply it? Are you looking for a part-time opportunity? Do you possess top notch customer service and computer skills? If you answered yes, this job could be what you are looking for.

As we expand our team, we are looking for a colleague to make our team even stronger. Qualified candidates are dedicated, mature, with a can-do attitude and hunger for learning new things. You must work well with others and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency to service our clients in a timely manner. Part-time  positions must work on Saturday.

What role would you play?

This role has many aspects as we are a small business. This position requires interaction with customers, salespeople, warehouse workers, office personnel, and management. You will provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handle sales, and resolve customer issues. Responsibilities will include customer service, showroom counter sales, office duties, data entry, keeping the showroom tidy, delivery, and warehouse duties.

  • Must be available to work on Saturdays in addition to the weekday hours.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and co workers
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
  • Clean and valid DMV driver's license
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
