Bloom Gardener

Talarya Brands, a licensed cannabis company, is looking for cultivation technicians to work in our bloom department at our cultivation site in Sacramento. We are looking for highly motivated and detail oriented Bloom Gardeners to play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of our grow. This role involves various tasks associated with the growth cycle of cannabis, ensuring the quality and quantity of the yield. Responsibilities may include:
**Plant Cultivation**: Oversee the entire cannabis cultivation process, including planting, transplanting, and harvesting.

**Nutrient Management**: Implement nutrient plans to optimize the health and growth of cannabis plants, ensuring the correct balance of nutrients throughout the cultivation stages.

**Propagation**: Participate in cloning and propagation activities to maintain genetic consistency and quality in cannabis strains.

**Pest and Disease Control**: Identify and address issues related to pests and diseases promptly, using appropriate measures to protect the cannabis plants.

**Harvesting**: Coordinate and execute the harvesting process, considering factors such as timing, trimming, and curing to produce high-quality cannabis.

**Irrigation Systems**: Manage irrigation systems to provide the right amount of water to cannabis plants, taking into account environmental conditions and specific strain requirements.

**Environmental Control**: Monitor and control environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and lighting to create optimal conditions for cannabis growth.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of cultivation activities, documenting growth parameters, applied treatments, and harvest yields to ensure compliance with regulations.

**Compliance**: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements governing cannabis cultivation, staying informed about industry standards and changes in legislation.

**Equipment Operation and Maintenance**: Operate and maintain cultivation equipment, including lights, irrigation systems, and ventilation, to ensure proper functioning.

**Qualifications**:
**Must be 21 years of age or older (as per legal requirements).**
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, growth cycles, and cultivation techniques.
- Understanding of local and state regulations related to cannabis cultivation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized cultivation space.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
