- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products & services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- 2 years plus proven inside sales experience (ideally in B2C environment).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
