Responsibilities:

  • Complete online manufacture product line training and on location sales training.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the product information for each vehicle make and model.
  • Identify the needs of prospective customers.
  • Interaction with customers to assist them with their new or pre-owned vehicle purchase.
  • Test drive vehicles to demonstrate the product(s) features.
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include processing transaction paperwork as directed by a manager.
  • Regular follow-up with existing or potential customers to generate new leads and close sales.
  • Create personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards to create the best vehicle buying experience in order to development customer retention and expand your personal and the company's customer base.
  • Promote Sport Durst Automotive or product endorsed programs and services to current or prospective customers.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid drivers license and maintain an insurable driving record with the company's insurance guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone, note keeping and listening skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person or on the phone with a variety of individuals and cultures.
  • Can exhibit strong ethics and integrity while representing the company and it's values.
  • Can demonstrate self motivation.
