Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete online manufacturer product training and on-site sales training.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications for each vehicle make and model.
  • Assess the needs of potential customers.
  • Engage with customers to assist them in purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features.
  • Prepare quotes, respond to emails/voicemails, and manage administrative tasks, including processing transaction paperwork as directed.
  • Follow up regularly with existing or prospective customers to generate leads and finalize sales.
  • Set personal objectives aligned with dealership standards to enhance the vehicle purchasing experience, fostering customer loyalty and expanding the customer base.
  • Promote Sport Durst Automotive and endorsed programs and services to current or potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record in accordance with company policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, note-taking, and listening abilities.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Exhibit strong ethics and integrity while representing the company and its values.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation.
